Hi!  My name is Maryanne.  

I have worked as an administrative professional for over 15 years and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  Over the years, I have seen one continuous theme in all the organizations and companies I have worked, hard-work and frustration.  I have found that a lot of frustration can stem from a lack of training to get the job done.  If you have ever wished your employer had a training manual or a week of practical training to accomplish your job, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!   If you feel like your job is repetitive or frustrating, let me help! 

I have created universal training programs that can help administrative assistants, office managers, and leaders in any organization learn skills that will make their jobs less frustrating and more productive.

My Passion

It was in the eighth grade that I developed a desire, no it felt more like a dream of going to college.  I worked very hard to get there, but it wasn’t until more than a decade after my high school graduation that I was able to work toward a college education. 

While working full-time and raising a family I was able to take courses and finally graduate in my mid-thirties.  Along my journey, there were times I feared I would not be able to financially support myself or my children.  That feeling is terrifying and if I can help even one person achieve skills that help them increase their pay or feel more confident in the work they do, I will have been a success. 

I want more than anything to empower others to feel like they can achieve their dreams.
